FeedHalton’s purpose is to increase capacity and stability in Halton’s food system with collaborative partnerships that are sustainable and beneficial to the organization’s we serve.

FeedHalton acts as the “Hub” to service Halton Region food banks, community organizations and meal programs who directly serve the community.
FeedHalton is a Registered Canadian Charity launched in 2023 in response to significant year over year increases in food support demand and the growing pressure on food agencies in Halton. With initial start-up funding from the Halton Region, Burlington Food Bank and private donations, FeedHalton is part of the system to strengthen food security in Halton through a centralized and coordinated response.
FeedHalton was developed with the mantra “Feeding Our Community, Together”. As a collaborative effort to facilitate, manage and deliver the needed food support to community agency partners throughout our Region.
The Salvation Army Khi Community (Milton)
Our Agency Network of partners includes food banks, community organizations and smaller community food programs that deliver unique services including meal programs.
FeedHalton is a collaborative entity to a hub model that is designed to benefit all and ultimately, address broader food insecurity throughout the Halton Region.
The goal is to provide sustainable resources to our Agency Network at no cost.
